Light up the Night Paddle Tours (reveal the magic beneath you) Saturday evenings
Light up and paddle out and see what's under the water in a
whole new light! Have you ever been to
an aquarium and stood in awe at all the creatures great and small and thought
to yourself how much you wish you could be inside that aquarium? Well this tour will take you there....It's
like floating across the top of a huge saltwater aquarium and you will see
magical things that are just impossible to see during the day! Your paddle board or kayak will be lighted
from underneath while you float above in the dark, giving you a whole new
perspective and ability to see sea creatures in a way you've never seen them
before. We will float in shallow water
and across grass flats and sandbars revealing starfish, live shells, sponges,
and tons of fish species. This is an
unequaled experience on the water and seats are limited and fill up quickly
each week.
-All Inclusive- Price includes rental of either paddleboard or kayak per person, all equipment needed, and 1.5 hour guided tour.

Woolverton Trail Mangrove Tunnel Guided Tour $45 pp
Feel like you're
traveling back in time when you tour these historic mangrove tunnels named
after the man who maintained them for many years, Mr. Ed Woolverton. Located within the Charlotte Harbor Aquatic
Preserve, this dense maze of mangrove tunnels and the surrounding waters offer
an opportunity to view many local fish and bird species, along with migratory
birds like the majestic White Pelican and beautifully delicate Roseate Spoonbill,
depending on time of year. Dolphin and
manatee are also frequent friends of this tour.
Your guides are Certified Instructors, Florida Master Naturalists, and
enthusiastic locals who love to share the rich history and "secrets of the
sea" of our waterways, so you will leave your tour with wonderful memories
to cherish and some fun facts about our area you hopefully didn't already
know! Our goal is to tell each person on
every tour something fun about Florida that they didn't already know!
Paddle Training (aka Paddling w/ Friends) Tuesdays & Saturdays $15
This is the perfect class for new paddlers who are interested in racing but need to start with the basics. In this class we will break down the stroke so you understand each phase, what it should look like, and how proper technique at all times will help you go faster and stay healthy. We know you are new to this and need to build your endurance and speed so that will be our focus. Classes will be weekly and every week we will go faster and farther so you don't want to miss a class! It's also why we are making them so affordable! And we will work on turns used in racing...they can be different than the ones we use while out paddling for fun. We're also gonna teach you all the things you may not know about a race. What's the difference in a beach and water start? What class am I in? What are the rules? Can I sit or kneel? Races can be intimidating...we wanna take that feeling out of it for you. A friend told me a while ago to not think of racing as a RACE, but just think of it as PADDLING WITH FRIENDS. And since I've done that it's changed my whole outlook on racing and that's the kind of attitude I want you to come away from this with about racing! It's great to be
competitive and we want you to want to WIN and we will help you get there if that is your goal, but we also want this to be FUN. This class is meant to be used in preparation for our Yolo Mileage Builder Race Series South but anyone interested in increasing their paddling skills, strength and endurance is welcome. Click on the picture for info on our Yolo Mileage Builder Race Series South. Call 941-504-1699 to find out how to sign up for the entire race series and start accumulating your points.

Don Pedro Island Guided Mangrove Tunnel and Beach Paddle
(Sundays 10am $45)
This is a once in a lifetime experience and a memory you will treasure forever. Use a kayak or stand up paddle board (SUP) to paddle a pristine mangrove tunnel with starfish, upside down jellyfish, soft coral, sponges, and seahorses. This amazing tunnel leads to a hidden lagoon where the only sound you will hear is the gulf breeze blowing through the mangroves. Then we will continue on to Don Pedro Island Beach which is only accessible by private boat, kayak, or paddle board so it is one of the most unspoiled and private islands in Florida. Here you will have a chance to rest and explore the beautiful beach and swim in the warm clear water. This is also a great beach for shelling so remember to bring a bag for your treasures! On our paddle back you should keep your eyes peeled for the West Indian Manatee and dolphin pods that frequent these waters. One of the things often exclaimed by our paddlers is “This is way better than Sea World!”

Hooked on SUP joins the Ocean Hour International Clean Up (1st Saturday monthly)
The world’s first international weekly cleanup, Ocean Hour leverages social
media and technology to crowdsource cleanups around the globe on a weekly basis.
The first Saturday, each month, from 8 a.m. to 9 a.m., no matter where you are on this planet,
the Ocean Hour community will head to local beaches, rivers, lakes, and waterways around the globe to clean up trash and marine debris. We realize you can't make it to every cleanup, but with social media and our ability to mobilize the masses, our impact is powerful even if only 10% of our community shows up on any given month. As our network continues to grow, our influence will thrive exponentially with larger turnouts each month.
Whether you can make it once a month, or once a year, we invite you to join us in this movement. Every single one of us can make a difference; start the month off right and spend an hour giving back to the ocean and the waterways we love to paddle! Call for reservations. Experience is required for paddle boards.
