Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is the fastest growing water sport on the planet thanks to surfing legends Laird Hamilton & Dave Kalama, who introduced the ancient sport to the modern surf world. Standing on the board allows you to see fish, stingrays, dolphins & even manatee swimming by, as if you are floating on a tropical aquarium. Paddle boarding is a visually amazing experience, while also giving you a complete body and core workout. It is perfect for all ages and skill levels, the only requirment is that you can swim and that you want to have the time of your life on the water!
We offer lessons, magical eco-tours through the mangrove forests and across the beautiful flats of Don Pedro State Park, Lemon Bay, Palm Island, Rum Bay & Stump Pass, as well as special event party paddles and full moon paddles. Because of the explosive growth and popularity of stand up paddle boarding there are many new "businesses" popping up at every public beach, boat ramp, or existing water sports locations trying to convert their business's into a Stand Up Paddle Board business. While we appreciate the enthusiasm for the sport, we are also very passionate about making sure that it is represented properly, and that every new person who is introduced to SUP is given the best training available. That's why we have dedicated ourselves from day one to being the most educated and experienced resource for stand up paddle boarding in our area. Our instructors have 2 certifications that are specific to Stand Up Paddle...Paddle Fit Level 2 and World Paddle Association Class 1. If you are taking a paddle board lesson from another business please ask if they are certified to teach, and if they say yes, ask what are their certifications and safety/rescue plan. Our business was solely founded on the platform of spreading the stoke that is literally on fire in every community we've encountered, and we are committed to making sure that every person who comes in contact with us walks away safely, with reliable knowledge that they will share with the next person.
